Refund policy

AboutMonicaMoore stands behind its products. As such, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No refunds will be provided. 

However, we also value your business and your satisfaction with our products is important to us. For this reason, we will provide exchanges if you receive the wrong product or if the product is defective. You must make the request for approval of the return through the contact page or at info@aboutmonicamoore.com.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Please be sure to confer with the size chart (located in the description of the product) to ensure you are ordering the correct size as exchanges for sizing issues are not permitted. 

A request for an exchange must be submitted through the contact page within 30 days of the date of purchase (order date). To complete the exchange the product must be returned unworn or unused, in the same condition as it was received. The replacement product will be shipped to you at no cost to you.
